The Roaming Ramekins (the R2) is a nonprofit and arts consulting firm offering start-ups, small businesses and nonprofit organizations guidance in fundraising, content creation, operations and logistics.

Ester Harrison, founder and director, is an operations strategist and social impact leader with an entrepreneurial background and over 14 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and 10 years in art, museum, and culture institutions. She has a passion for cultural history, research, problem-solving, and developing innovative programs while leveraging technology and innovation to drive engagement and revenue growth. Her key skill is finding creative solutions that build public interest in community and cultural organizations.

My diversified background includes development and fundraising, education, management, operations, property management, office logistics and management, project management, event planning, content creation and art/design direction.

The R2 is a woman-owned and operated company. We are based in Dallas, Texas, with services available nationwide.
